Questions distributors ask
What is SupplyKaro?
SupplyKaro is a distributor management app for FMCG and dairy distributors in India. Shops place orders from a Hindi app; the office confirms them and adds up the Amul order in full cartons; delivery staff record what each shop kept and make the GST bill; and each shop’s khata, the cashbook and payment reminders update by themselves. It is made by Learncetra Technologies in Lucknow.
How is SupplyKaro different from Khatabook?
Khatabook is a credit book you fill in yourself. SupplyKaro runs the work the khata comes from: shops’ orders, your Amul order, deliveries and GST bills. The khata then fills itself from them, with reminders and statements too.
Do my shops need to install an app?
Shops use the SupplyKaro app on Android or open it in their phone’s browser. We send you the link to share. Sign-in is by OTP, so there is no password to forget. Shops that won’t use an app can keep calling you: you enter their order in the portal.
Is it in Hindi?
Yes. The shop app and the delivery screens are in Hindi and English. The office portal is in English.
Which brands does it work with?
It is built for Amul distributors, with the full Amul catalogue ready. Catalogues for Mother Dairy, Nandini and Britannia are included too, and you can add your own products.
Is my data safe?
Every distributor’s data is kept separate, and no one else can see it. Everything is backed up every night.
Does it work without internet?
No. Ordering and delivering need a mobile data connection, which most phones have. If the network drops, finish when it is back.
Can I keep using Tally?
Yes. SupplyKaro runs orders, delivery and collection. Tally keeps your accounts. They work side by side.
